Sweet Potato "Toast" Recipe - Sweet Potatoes for Babies

Our friend Leslie has generously shared her recipe for sweet potato "toast"—a beloved dish at her cafe Stocked. The recipe looks long, merely most everything can be prepped in advance. Make the toasts on a twenty-four hour period when you lot take leftover sweet potatoes, leftover quinoa, and/or leftover kale fries and y'all're almost to mealtime.
